Fix tag with rifle upper body bug


fix the bash bug instead, that you cant interrupt the reload animation of a rifle with a bash fucking annoying

Untill weapon chamber is not fully refilled -> bash is blocked

@kebit - I don't have any problem with gamma as well as Furby

Here is a screenshot comparing different gamma values on DX7 / DX9:


I can see enemy in dark places pretty good with gamma 2.5
