remove this, it does nothing.

And clientsidebullets do not work on private server since they need calculatiojn a normal private server cant handle, atleast thats what IW thogh when they developed cod4 x)
Also, maxpackets are at 100 at default, sv_fps 30 and maxrate are serverwise commands which wont do anything for you, and com_hunkmegs calculates the maximum memory cod4 uses, it needs a videorestart so binding it wont do anything, also cod4 doesnt support more tzhan 2048 (2GB ram).

tldr, you cant really do anything about it.

it basicly gives you an advantage by canceling the reloading anmiation when the bullets appear to be reloaeded at your screen, and, if done properly, makes you weapon switches silent which is a huge advantage agianst the enemy whos not using it, its banned in europe, altho i believe Cybergamer is the only league which allows it.
