Because you are zero without his magic info

He is bad without his info. His brother didn't play yesterday and He lose on burgundy 13-1 with Vo1dz, Szyvek.. Because He has not information.. But when he play with shogo brother, He still laugh and troll, hate.. Magic orientation is ready.. There was silence yesterday.

I do hope, he will be able to bring this aim skill to the next lan.

GLHF on the tournament.

EDIT:

So 40% says definitely (100%) not clean, and the rest 60% said probably not clean (so it's like 50-50?) but no one said that he is 100% clean. How is this possible?
This does not make sense to me

After all these weird actions(for some people), you would think he would slip up and make a action, which will be unexplainable but it looks like there just isnt one(or is there? dont forget you are playing 15 yo game, some weird shit happens in this game)

some of democrew probably seen actions which are unexplainable for them, thats why they voted for def. cheating(40%votes), just would like to know what is that unexplainable action :>

anyway gratz for not getting ban

I asked @Hatton @vioqor as well for an explanation as well on this one.

In fact all the 10 votes nobody voted that he was 100% clean. 40 procent voted that he is cheating for sure, the other people don't know it and voted for not sure, but prob not clean.

This means all the people voting , were sure that he is cheating or eighter think that he is cheating, however the "admins" decided that he is able to play in this tournament.

Why in the f***king hell did nobody voted 100% clean than?????

This simply doesn't add up at all. But hey it is their cup, therefore they simply refuse to answer this types of questions.

Two things:

1. There are comments on this thread which are intelligent, contribute to the discussion, and ask valid questions. These are worth answering and replying to, especially since we strive for a transparent and fair cup. And there are comments which are simply ignorant, rude, and incoherent. So if you were wondering why we are not replying to your comments and questions: now you know why.
2. Why would we need to answer a question that is clearly explained in the post?

Anyway, Jack will explain it one more time. Pay attention this time please.

It's quite simple really, I'll break it down for you.

40% of the members of the Democrew concluded that neixz was cheating.
10% of the members of the Democrew concluded that they are unsure whether he is clean or cheating, but decided that for the benefit / safety of the tournament he should be removed anyway (they probably leaned more towards that neixz was cheating than clean)
50% of the members of the Democrew concluded that they are unsure whether he is clean or cheating, and they all voted to give neixz a chance to compete in the tournament.

It comes down to 50% of the Democrew wanting to give him a chance to play in the tournament.

I can see why it might seem confusing to you. But try to look at it from this perspective:

As far as I know, usually in Democrew on Clanbase or Cybergamer, you can only vote "Clean" or "Not clean". You were only supposed to vote "Not clean" if you were absolutely certain someone was cheating. If you weren't sure, then you'd vote "clean".

So if you translate our system to the CB / CG system, you'd just end up with 40% voting "not clean", and 60% voting "clean" (maybe the 1 DC member that voted "Not sure" and "Remove from tournament" would have voted "not clean", I'm not sure, but even so then it'd still be 50/50, so the outcome is the same)

So yes, I can see why you are slightly confused at the system but if you apply yourself for a few minutes I think you can understand

The reason we added a third answer to question one (which seems to be the cause of confusion for you) was because we wanted to still give the Democrew a chance to remove neixz from the tournament despite not being 100% sure that he was cheating. We realised this was a harsh scenario for neixz and that's why the % had to be high to have him removed in this way, we'd only have removed him like this if this was the general consensus of the Democrew, however this was not, 50% of the democrew wanted to give him a chance.

You overthought this. Democrew should be given the option of two answers, clean or not clean. Then you count the votes and make a verdict. Not a 2nd question with "give him a chance", makes no sense, esspecially when not a single on of those votes was voted "clean". Therefor I do not understand your logic at all and more with me so it seems.

I have read the document and I've asked you one simple question. What is the difference between twitch.tv/yourname VOD and demos? So far I still do not understand, as I've also asked twitchsupport to confirm this. Also when I get a reply you say: "Read the document" except for just telling me what's the difference. So again I ask you, what's the difference between twitchVOD's and CoD2 demos? Because as you state it, that would mean for you probably twitchclips isn't proof, which is ridicilous. It is YOUR statement and therefor I would like to know, so I can proof it's not true.

Rico, if we had given the DC only two options (clean or not clean), the result would have been the same as Jack explained above (max 50% voting not clean). You still don't seem to realize that adding the second question actually INCREASED the chance of him getting removed from the tournament.

As for your constant nagging about the twitch clips and possible delay:
I told you many times to take a look at the document, clips and demos yourself. Because if you would do that, you would see there is a difference between twitch clips and the demos.
For example compare this clip: https://www.twitch.tv/neiixzze/clip/SmallCrispyPastaDancingBanana?filter=clips&range=30d&sort=time to the demo of that clip: https://www101.zippyshare.com/v/U6Y1FmPk/file.html. You can also look at this clip which compares twitch to the demo: https://easyupload.io/vobdkj
You clearly see that there is a difference in when the hitmarker appears (it appears later on twitch than on the demo). Another big difference is how well someone is visible in smoke, as you can also see in the same clip I linked above.

So it is not our opinion that there is a difference between twitch and the demo (like you keep implying), it is a simple fact.
Why there is a difference is irrelevant (speculation is useless), the only thing that matters is that there is a difference.
We didn't exclude the twitch clips from the evidence, we simply asked DC members to look at BOTH the twitch clips and the demos, because there is a difference.
DC members were free to make up their mind on what the difference meant.

I am interested why there were only few persons who could vote when there is 200+ players who paid you Hatton to play in the cup? Do a proper voting through all cup players and see what happens. Mate your voting system and final decision with your description is a joke and you present it as a wise victory, facepalm.

Need to say neixz played quite normal during our match against outlaws, but those twitch clips were pretty obvious for me. Yesterday we met guy on pub with silent aim, so it it possible to find out some kind of this cheat for cod2, you just need to learn to play with it I guess..

By the way, you can check those links below and tell me whats the difference between this clip and neixz clip (expect guys from this match link got banned)

I am getting a bit tired of these ignorant "we paid so why cant we vote" comments.

First of all:
You didn't pay Hatton or me anything at all. All the money that was paid went directly into the prize pool: money that YOU can win.
Hatton and I are doing all this work for free. If you want more rights: pay us to do all this work for you.

Secondly:
A normal DC has fewer members than ours. So in that regard, the teams involved in this cup already had more influence than normally would be the case.

And finally:
Setting up a DC with 10 members from different teams was already a hassle and time-consuming. And now people are seriously proposing that we should have made a democrew consisting of 44 teams and 220 members? Sure we can do it, you will have your results in 2022. Get a grip.
