Sharing account ban

hi guys yesterday night i was banned for sharing acoount. at first i was mad and i close all and i said fuck u cybergamer, than i said make a support ticket becouse i'm really sad and it's impossible, noone know my cybergamer password. than i have the ip authentication so if someone want to connect to my account to a different connection i have to confirm that by my email. I do that becouse i change my house and my connection like 3 month ago.

and admins can see that it's old when i changed my connections.

Now really i want to know if it's a bug or an cybergamer automatic system fail but i believe on cybergamer so i think that's it's myve true so i want to know the IP that steal my cybergamer password please i will report him to autority.

I think that you could submit it as a support ticket, you will get your answer much more faster
