2 cod4 GUID on profile

Hi guys i need help how can i put 2 guid on my profile? mybe different.. i have 1 guid manually entered but i like other player that have the cod4 guid beside their names. example:

Cybergamer used to get the GUIDs from the servers people play on, and sometimes it bugged and displayed a different GUID. Entering it manually would make it a safer way to be sure it's yours.

This system isn't working anymore as I can remember. It was turned off somewhere in the middle of 2012

I think it's impossible now, because the first field with the name "Call of Duty 4 GUID:" is filled with GUID , which was received by considered automatic system. There's no other way to change this field (probably)

The CoD4 GUID (not the manual one) is the GUID entered by the bot if you played on a streamed server. Nowadays that GUID is the one that shows when an admin enters your GUID. Most people have two GUIDs because they changed one and the admin added one GUID next to their own manually entered GUID.

dunno why people need more than 1 guid, why they changed it...
i only have one "detected"
