Streaming League of Legends

Hey guys, I was able to stream when I first started doing it but now it's just laggy as hell.

Without using xsplit broadcaster (streaming), I have about 250FPS+.

When I turn on streaming it hops to 40.

Could someone help me with settings and such?

got an i5 2500k 8gb ram HD 6870 etc so I think my computer is good enough tho.. idk
