Maybe reinstalling the game will solve it or just replacing the exe with a fresh one: http://tz-ac.com/iw3mp.exe Otherwise, have a look if you didn't miss a letter If it still doesnt work, I would write a support ticket to the shop he bought it from and tell them the problem.

With TZAC you you run it as administrator, so be sure he also enter the key code when he play like that way.
