Black screening during game

Hi guys, anyone knows how to fix the black screen desktop dropping during game while cgac is probably scanning? It's really sad when I want to play and this happens for about 3-5 seconds.

Happens this way: game freezes for a second and then it's black screening to desktop and back to the game about 4 times.

Running on win7, directX 7.

Right click on game --> Properties ---> Compatibility ---> Run this program in compability mode for : Windows XP (Service Pack 3) ---> Run this program as administrator ---> Apply

thx mate, working but have another problem - cod2_mps stopped working from time to time during a game with cgac, any ideas?

I played two matches today and it did not happen again (but it was only one map each .. )
