Yo guys, I got decent internet and a 2 week old pc.

I can't get any good settings.. The stream itself lags so hard but ingame i have 0 problems..

Lower the bitrate.

1280x720 30fps (60 if it's possible) bitrate ~2500 kb/sec (or 2000)

download: 75 mb/s
ping: 12 ms

my specs: I5 4430 + r9 280x and all looks fine.
Maybe it's inet problems?

You need to realize that you are not a partner, for some ppl it's impossible to watch non-partner streams. Especially at the moment with the CS:GO major going on most of the Twitch server resources will not be provided to some newbies.
What did you set as bitrate? If you set it to high YOUR internet might be able to handle it, but twitch routings + internet of viewers might not, I learned that the hard way :o

Its deffo not internet settings,

Set it on 2000 and test it.
