If i am correct, this people served their time tomorrow evening at 9.00 PM (most of them)
and they will be able to play from that moment on. Make sure you check your profile before playing, just to be sure ;)
Lets pray they learned from this experience.
This won't be the case for the people caught in a later stage. (update 16/12/15) So it is mostly the list on the first page.
