Intel(R) Core (TM) i5 - 2500K CPU @ 3.30 GHz - CPU
ASUSTEK P8H67- M PRO - Motherboard
16 GB DDR3 - Memory
nVidia GeForce GT 640 2 GB DDR3 - GPU
My powersource is 420 W
Do i need a bigger powersource to get the max from my gpu and cpu. Can i overclock it now or when i get a new powersource?

No, you don't need a bigger powersupply to "get the max", as the GT 640 is pretty bad. You can overclock the 2500k a bit, but you shouldn't do it if you don't know how.
Get a newer GPU (GTX750 Ti for ex.) and a 550W powersupply and you have a decent "mid-budget"-system. The i5 2500k is good enough.
