My powersource is 420 W
Do i need a bigger powersource to get the max from my gpu and cpu. Can i overclock it now or when i get a new powersource?

No, you don't need a bigger powersupply to "get the max", as the GT 640 is pretty bad. You can overclock the 2500k a bit, but you shouldn't do it if you don't know how.
Get a newer GPU (GTX750 Ti for ex.) and a 550W powersupply and you have a decent "mid-budget"-system. The i5 2500k is good enough.

you cant really overclock with that motherboard, would need a p67 or z68 series board.
with the h67 series you may be able to achieve 3.7ghz on that cpu but cant go any higher

Dont overclock your graphic card m8, its pretty useless I used to do it on my old GT 440 512mb gddr5 and I got only 1-2fps more. Than I buyed a new PC...

You have a good CPU but you lack in GPU power to play games, so depending on what you want to do with that pc you might want to look for some new GPU, maybe even a second hand one.
