So im working on a game but i cant identify this song name and version of Mega Man it is from. Here is a youtube video with the song inside it

I would be very happy if someone could tell me which Mega Man this song is from and the name of the Song. Hopefully someone can identify this song but i am not sure if it is possible. I am sorry if this Thread is not appropriate for types of gamers inside this community. Also the game in the Youtube Video is a fan-made game.
