Blue screen with 144 in COD4. Not in desktop

Hello Guys,

Could someone help with with solving this error?

120 hertz is working fine, only error comes wenn putting 144 hertz IN cod4 gamemode.

gpu: 2x 6950
cpu: AMD pheonom II X6 1100T processor 3,39 ghz
