About 3 days ago this problems started,everything is fine when i dont playing cod4 when i start after 2 rounds ,idk eror message is how some desktop drivers stop and i got this bags in game http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/129598663-3.jpg

Anyone know what to do? or just to reinstall windows?

Update all drivers first, especially the ones for your graphics card.
If it doesn't help, re-install Windows and if theres still the same problem buy a new GFX/PC.

Maybe something bad in cfg not working or having wrong cvar or something not working with monitor?

for sure
probably got 2 much voltage / clockspeed too high and got damaged a bit

Never overclock a GPU / CPU if you have no idea about it.
