Goodafternoon guys,

I've been sitting up with this problem for a while.
A member which is in my organisation / team has been banned from CyberGamer a while ago.

The reason is for multi accounting, is this a valid ban reason?
If so, is there anyway to atleast give it a try to unban him?

I'd like to know more about this ban reason, and if it's a valid reason.

Or they just simple put your ticket on hold and you can wait as long as you want to...

Well, I made a support ticket directly after noticing the first reply, but their not responding to it in any way. Hope this will be sorted out soon.

As far as I can see all of his accounts are banned for multi-accounts and one account is not banned but that is his brother. If you can tell him to PM me with the account he wants unbanned or you can PM me, I will remove the ban. He could also make a new account.

At the moment I see no reason why his new accounts are getting banned.
