CGAC using problem

Hey guys,
I have the problem, that if I wanna start CGAC its not working, that mean there are no errors nothing. If I start my manager to see what the problem is at the process, than I its showing me that: CGAC process starting after 5 secounds its closing again.
No errors nothing, badkip, may you help me, please?
