Hello dear Administrator!
I opened this protest to ban a player menfis (http://www.cybergamer.org/profile/182939/). He use cheats (dead0d) on the CG league, ClanBase, has many fake accounts and bans on tz-ac.com, GGC, PBBans and more. What is a valid reason for the ban on the CG.
Evidence:
First of all, I want to start with the history of changing his Guids ( http://i024.radikal.ru/1211/84/d486d6d95777.bmp )( http://clanbase.ggl.com/guidlog.php?hid=3352884&frame=1&guidid=56 ), which shows that menfis(LameRRR) has 5 banned earlier Guids by GGC or Pbband. (I will give some links of them and prove that this guid belong to him and that he played with the cheats is under this guids). You can see that all change Guids belong to menfis(Lamerrr) ( http://clanbase.ggl.com/humaninfo.php?hid=3352884&suspend=1 )( http://s48.radikal.ru/i119/1211/0c/1d27bc847158.bmp ), who has an account on CyberGamer with with the similar ID! And it is irrefutable evidence that he used this link and Guids. Also you can see the nickname LameRRR in the history of name changes on the CG( http://i064.radikal.ru/1211/06/7bc1ed6cffd8.bmp ).
Let's talk about some of his guids. Here is an irrefutable proof that he used cheats, is a screenshot ( http://s019.radikal.ru/i621/1211/1c/9bc8f86b8030.bmp ) from the GGC which shows that menfis has played under these guid, and here is a link ( http://s019.radikal.ru/i640/1211/0c/7a5ccf557142.bmp )( http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-442dc358-vb232483.html ) where the similar guid banned by PBBans for cheats, and you can see that the same was used them on ClanBase and has a similar ID on the Cybergamer.
But THE MAIN EVIDENCE of the fact that player menfis(LameRRR) uses cheats. Only 6 August he was banned by TZAC due cheats ( http://s019.radikal.ru/i622/1211/61/12aa1c0c986c.bmp ) for one year on Clanbase. Please note on his TZAC ID.
What about the change tzak id ( http://s018.radikal.ru/i522/1211/a9/cf44fd450b4c.bmp ). As you can see on the photo the player menfis(LameRRR) due ban on one TZAC ID decided to registe another one and change it. There is banned for hax TZAC ID and new TZAC ID which inscribed on his Cybergamer page( http://i064.radikal.ru/1211/06/7bc1ed6cffd8.bmp ). What about changing TZAC ID (multiaccounts on tz-ac.com) The screenshot and the link shows that he has a many new multiaccounts tz-ac.com(including TZAC ID that is inscribed on his CyberGamer page), because some of them were seen with cheat. Next. Menfis is a cheater and is included in the list of cheaters on ClanBase ( http://clanbase.ggl.com/news.php?nid=373021# )( http://s017.radikal.ru/i421/1211/bc/ed5a28abfe43.bmp ). If you click on LameRRR profile on CB, you will see a similar ID, which is a proof that it is menfis link.
Moreover, you can see one of his banned accounts not only in the COD4 and COD2 ( http://s017.radikal.ru/i409/1211/dc/abbb38fde042.bmp ) for the aimbot multihack and more. Please note that the ID and other information same with information on the Cybergamer page( http://i064.radikal.ru/1211/06/7bc1ed6cffd8.bmp )
Thus such evidence:

-He has a lot of banned guid( http://s019.radikal.ru/i621/1211/1c/9bc8f86b8030.bmp )( http://s019.radikal.ru/i640/1211/0c/7a5ccf557142.bmp )
-Multiaccounts on tz-ac.com. Half of them banned for hax

- ( http://s019.radikal.ru/i622/1211/61/12aa1c0c986c.bmp ) recently banned on Clanbase for cheats PBBan!
This is are valid reasons to ban menfis(LameRRR) on Cybergamer by the rules!
I ask you to ban Menfis due using cheats in touch with all of the above irrefutable evidence.
In addition, if you provide Russian speaking administrator I can show correspondence in Russian, which admits that menfis is cheater.

These players are a threat to these communities as Cybergamer, ESL, ClanBase, and similar player should be isolated from the game. Everything is in your hands. Proof is very powerful. You can not remain indifferent.

He has banned account on CLanBase from August 6th due hax, link was made available, it means that the ticket can not be closed and the player should be punished on the CyberGamer!*
