LPL PlayStation Plus Friendlies at Auckland Armageddon 2019

Welcome gamers! After a successful collaboration at last year’s Auckland Armageddon convention, LPL and PlayStation New Zealand are proud to announce the PlayStation Plus Friendlies tournament will be returning to Auckland Armageddon for 2019.

The three day tournament welcomes any and all gamers attending Auckland Armageddon on Labour Weekend at ASB Showgrounds to participate in a friendly and fun competition!

Registration
Players can sign up below or on the day at the PlayStation stand. There are 64 spots to compete in each tournament, and you can enter all three if you wish! If you miss out on online registrations, make sure you head over to the stand and see one of us in the LPL shirts to sign up.

Rules
All players must follow the below terms of participation and their respective game rules TBA. By signing up to our tournaments, you agree to abide by said terms:

- Be a good sport! Treat other players and all event staff with respect, please follow their instructions at all times and direct any questions to LPL staff.
- Make sure you arrive 5 minutes before your match, and be ready to play! If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be disqualified.
- All tournaments are single elimination, once you lose a game you are out of the running.
- LPL and PlayStation staff have the final say on all disputes.
- You must have an entry pass to Armageddon to be able to participate in this tournament!

Key Dates
* Registrations Open 24th September
* Registrations Close 24th October (unless full prior)

* Saturday 26th October: CTR Nitro-Fueled Tournament - 12pm start
* Sunday 27th October: FIFA 20 Tournament - 12pm start
* Monday 28th October: NBA 2K20 Tournament - 12pm start

Spectators can come along between 12-3pm each day to catch a glimpse of the competition.

Prizing
Podium placers each day can look forward to winning some sweet prizes thanks to PlayStation NZ and LPL, with each day’s overall winner taking home the winner’s trophy, a PlayStation 4 Pro, Gold Wireless Headset, DualShock 4 controller,12 Month PlayStation Plus membership and LPL Premium subscription (worth a combined value of over $1,100).
