LPL Valorant Winter Cup 2022

Tournament Information:
LPL Valorant is back for Season 2. LPL Valorant Winter Cup will continue with a shorter 4-week season. See Winter Cup Divisions and Format for more information. The Winter Cup will see two nights of Valorant broadcasts every week of the season on Monday and Tuesday. See more details in Key Dates & Broadcast Dates!

• Players playing in Evolution Division will now require LPL Subscription. Entry fees have been removed for this division.
• Split has been removed from the map pool.
• Pearl has been added to the map pool.

Winter Cup Divisions:
Open, Amateur, Evolution and Winter Cup will require at least 8 teams to commence.

Open
Free to join.

Amateur
$400. LPL Subscription required. Teams update their match times to be assigned up to 3 matches per week. Matches are Best of 1.

Evolution
$800. LPL Subscription required. Round Robin format. Matches are Best of 3.

Winter Cup
$1,750. $95 Team Entry Fee. Top 4 teams from Summer cup will retain their slots.

Winter Cup Format:

Open & Amateur
Teams update their match times to be assigned up to 3 matches per week, for 3 weeks. Matches are Best of 1. The top 4 teams on the last week will qualify for a single elimination playoffs. Playoff matches are Best of 3.

Evolution & Winter Cup
8 seeded teams, 2 groups. Group A - Seed 1, 3, 6, 8. Group B - Seed 2, 4, 5, 7. Single round robin per group for 3 weeks. Matches are Best of 3. Top 2 teams from each group qualify for a single elimination playoffs. Semi Finals are Best of 3, and Grand Finals are Best of 5.
