LPL Rainbow 6 Siege Season 1 2022 (PC)

General info

Tournament Information:
In Season 1, LPL Rainbow 6 Siege will have a $5,200AUD prize pool across all divisions. We've also brought Pro back into the LPL R6 ecosystem, LPL Pro will be 16+ and the open qualifiers will be running on the 19th & 20th of March! (See on the right).

We have also brushed up a few pieces in our R6 ruleset. All players are highly encouraged to re-read through our terms and ruleset (located on the right), and ensure they will be able to commit to the scheduling requirements for all levels of play.

Season 1 Divisions and Format:
All Divisions will require at least 8 teams to commence.

Open
Free to join, Best of 1 Elo Format. Teams update their own match times & dates they can play (it is recommended to play at least 1 game a week to ensure you have enough time to finish out the season) The winning team will be allowed to participate in Amateur Season 1 2022 for free.

Amateur
$800 AUD prize pool. LPL Premium required. Elo format. Teams update their match times to be assigned up to 3 matches per week. Matches are Best of 1.

Evolution
$1,400 AUD prize pool. $180 Team Entry Fee. Single Round Robin. Matches are Best of 3.

Pro
$3,000 AUD prize pool. $200 Team Entry Fee. Week 1 - Week 7 is played in a Best of 1 Round Robin format. The Semi Finals are a Best of 3 and the Grand Finals are a Best of 5.

The following rules have been updated/clarified for Season 1:
- Players are required to connect their Discord account to their LPL account here. Please join the LPL Community Discord. to gain access to your match chats.
- All players are required to upload their moss files immediately after their game.
- Attacker Repick is in, 6th Pick phase is out.
- Thorn is now available for competitive play. Azami is now in quarantine.

Pro Division Open Qualifiers:
4 teams will be directly invited to participate in LPL Pro Division. Therefore, there are 4 spots available. The top 4 teams from the Open Qualifiers will qualify for LPL Pro Division.

Open Qualifiers will be a Double Elimination Best of 1 and be held on Saturday 19 March and Sunday 20 March, starting at 1PM AEDT.
